The Mission

Provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations and support for optimal performance to every level of athlete, from the recreational athlete to the most elite competitor.

Nutrition is like fitness and exercise in the sense that you aren’t going to see all the changes you want to see after one session, or even one week. That’s why I encourage clients to purchase packages that cover at least 4 weeks. While packages are ideal, they don’t fit everyone’s style so a la carte services are offered as well.

Don’t see a package that fits your needs? We can pick out services to customize a package just for you!

Level 1

Four weeks or six months of personalized nutrition recommendations after a comprehensive nutrition assessment. Weekly check ins with a thorough follow up after 4 weeks. Option of weekly or monthly check ins with 6 month program.

Level 2

Receive intake recommendations to start tracking your intake to meet your goals. Get feedback on your food logs weekly with a thorough follow up after 4 weeks.

Level 3

An all inclusive start to better nutrition. After your initial assessment, we will work together for 4 weeks which includes 3 weekly check ins and a detailed follow up in week 4. Over the course of the 4 weeks I will analyze your food logs, help you create weekly goals, and personalize an education session to your interests.
