My name is Hannah Boyl and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist!

I began my education at Saginaw Valley State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. While my initial plan was to pursue a doctorate degree in physical therapy, my plans changed and I followed the path of becoming a dietitian. I finished Eastern Michigan University’s Master’s of dietetics program in August 2019.

Starting my pursuit of a degree in dietetics, I knew that I wanted to find a way to combine my knowledge in exercise science with nutrition. Conveniently enough, there’s a sports nutrition specialization within the field of dietetics and that’s where I’m headed next!

Throughout the years, I’ve taught a variety of group exercise classes and done a fair share of personal training. I currently hold my CrossFit Level 1 certificate and have plans to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in the near future.

Exercise is my ‘hobby’ and I’ve been lucky enough to incorporate my gym into my work as well! I appreciate the value of a healthy lifestyle that includes physical, nutritional, and mental health. My approach to nutrition utilizes all three of these components to encourage healthy lifestyle changes.
